    I am using the diary myself. I bought them as i am reverting to paper diaries after developing a training diary app. Often people are more focused on showcasing their training activities on apps like Strava these days, rather than logging and focusing on their training privately.

    Fantastic. I’m using this for cycle workouts rather than running, but it works perfectly for this too. Has everything I need, and none of the other nonsense that other training journals all seem to have.

    Sarah was super helpful in getting this to me quickly so I could give it as a gift, though I’m now tempted to get one for myself! The book itself is really sturdy with front and back plastic covers — overall a well thought out, high-quality book. It was well packaged and withstood some abuse in the mail amid the holiday rush. I looked at dozens of running journals and I’m glad I went with this one — the page layouts provide the perfect amount of space for comments, as well as weekly reflection space on what went well during the week. Also, it is spiral bound, allowing you to leave the book open to the week you are on, for further motivation. I recommend without reservation.

    I’ve kept a training diary off and on since 1999! I’ve got a stack of them 🤣.

    I LOVE writing it all down, there’s no way I could do it online, it’s just not the same. It’s so funny, all these years I’ve been jotting everything in a variety of notebooks but have never had a “proper” journal. I was so delighted when I came across yours as it has absolutely everything (and more!) that I like to keep track of – it’s like you read my mind! 😁

    Love, love, love! I bought one for myself and my dad. We both are fitness maniacs and these are perfect for tracking everything! I love to sit down Sunday mornings (my rest day) and plan out my upcoming week. The journal is perfect for tracking a wide variety of workouts whether you’re in the gym lifting heavy, on a long run, practicing yoga (daily intentions) or writing up your own body weight circuits, it gets the job done very well!

    Great training diary. I could tell this was designed by a runner; enough space to record the stats and make notes but without the unnecessary extras that commercial brands fill their training diaries with.

    I had been creating my own diary for the last few years as I hadn’t found anything suitable (just my own template and stored in an A4 ring binder) but didn’t have the same inclination to write it up when it wasn’t a ‘proper’ diary.

    I’m back in the habit of keeping a training diary now I’ve bought this one; I’ll definitely be buying another one at the end of the year 🙂
