COVID-19: are you still open? When will I get my order?

Art Of Your Success is open and very grateful for your orders at this time. I am sending orders every one or two days. My Post Office has reduced hours but is open on weekdays.

Some products are made on demand and experiencing delays, as the workforce is reduced and following social distancing guidelines. I am working to use alternative suppliers where needed. Due to changing supplier situations, the products this affects changes too, but is mainly T shirts. I will contact you if your order is going to have a significant delay.

Delivery everywhere is slower than normal. In the UK, Royal Mail is experiencing delays in their service levels too, mostly because of the high numbers of staff absence.

It isn’t possible to give exact timings on your order due to daily fluctuations in supplier and delivery company situations. Your patience is very much appreciated, thank you for bearing this situation.

Your support means a lot, especially during this time. Stay safe and take care of yourselves.


How long ’til I get my order?

The time to get your product to you depends how long it takes to make it & where you’re based.  See below for details by item and location.

Please note all days are business days. Timings are standard but may be longer at busy times.

I try to get your order to you as soon as possible. However please remember I’m not Amazon, nor can I control the mail services!

Standard & Personalised Items

Personalised items: 3-5 days to design & be professionally printed

You can see your P&P cost before you checkout.  P&P is added automatically, calculated on the weight of items ordered and the destination you’d like them sent to.  If you put in your country and postcode, and make changes to your basket, you will see the P&P adjust accordingly, before you checkout.

Please note, tracking isn’t included automatically from the UK.

Please get in touch if you need an item more urgently and/or tracked, and would like to upgrade your postage.


An additional note on P&P – why isn’t it free?

I know as a fellow consumer, it can feel annoying to pay P&P. The reality as a small business owner is that it is a very real cost, which is very much 2 ‘Ps’. On the packaging ‘P’, I have to buy large quantities of different size envelopes and packaging to post your items safe, along with extras to pack them all up.  On the postage ‘P’, costs are going up all the time.  Costs are often rounded which helps deal with frequent postage price rises.

Larger companies have the scale to receive lower postage and packaging costs, which is why we as consumers are used to low or free P&P. Please understand this is a real cost which may well be less than the time and travel costs to get to a physical shop, and enables your order to be lovingly prepared and sent, to arrive in your home.


Can I get my order quicker?

In short, usually yes, but it will be an additional shipping cost.

Please note that personalised items need time to be designed by me, then professionally printed. This usually takes 5 days, but can be longer at busy times.

Please contact me and I’ll let you know the timings and cost, depending on your item size, where you’d like it sent, and how quickly you need it.


Refunds and returns policy

I offer a 10 day full refund for return policy*. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me within 10 days of receiving it.

*However – please be aware that I cannot accept returns of custom orders, or T shirts unless they are faulty (T shirts are made to order and cannot be returned if you’ve chosen the wrong size).

For any other (non-custom) orders, when you have safely returned the item in original condition, I will refund the full price on receiving it back.

I want you to be happy with your order, and I will do whatever I can to work with you to sort out any issues!

I cannot accept responsibility for repaying postage and handling charges.


Secure payment process

Secure payment handled through Paypal or credit card processing.  ArtOfYourSuccess does not see or hold your payment details.



You don’t need to create an account with Art Of Your Success.

But you can have one if you like! The advantages of having an account are that you can see your current and past orders. It also stores your address details for future orders, so that’s automatically filled in at checkout. These details wont be passed on anywhere else.

You can either create an account at My Account, or simply create a password when you’re checking out.

Can you design something for me?

I love doing custom work.  I do lots of commissions.  It could be for postcards, prints, prizes for a team, a personalised headwear design, a painting, or putting a design on anything from a phone cover to a mug to a cushion.
