Current training cycle: cycling 🚴🏽‍♀️ After spring marathons, I switch to cycling as a break for my body from running & to train for our annual bike trip up (and down!) mountains. Right now though, it’s all very gentle while I recover from vocal cord surgery. I’m also mid way through 14 days no speaking at all… which is proving to be a bit of an endurance challenge in itself! 😅

Congrats to Duncan, 3:25 pacer at London who finished in 3:24:46 🎯 Pacing timings helped by my custom pace tattoo where you can set any time you'd like. Pace tattoos are handy for avoiding GPS timing issues, being easy to read, plus having the times ready if your brain stops doing the maths (mine often does around mile 16 😅)
