Here’s your Race Goals Download.

To make it work its magic and get you your goals, you need to:

• Print it out
• fill in your race name
• Colour in the time you want to see on that finish line.
• Fill in your mantras to keep you going on race day
• Stick it somewhere you’ll see it a lot
• Let the subliminal messages hardwire into your brain
• Do the race, use your mantras, see that finish time for real!
